Please make all medical and dental appointments outside of school hours. If your child has an unavoidable appointment, please email or call the office to let us know.
Similarly, if your child is ill, please telephone the office every morning your child is absent, by 9.00am. As part of our safeguarding procedures, we operate a First Day Calling system whereby we will contact you if your child is absent and we haven't heard from you by 9.30am.
If you want to take your child out of school for any other reason, you will need to fill out a leave of absence form. Please note that absence is authorised only for exceptional reasons and no holidays in term time can be authorised in line with the school's Attendance Policy.
